Good kitty/bad kitty

I can't tell you how many times a day I ask Callie (that is correct - I am talking to a cat!) "where do good kitties lay?" or "is that where good kitties lay?".  I have decided that she doesn't care where good kitties lay!  So you tell me - do good kitties lay here?

No, probably not - because I don't want fur on my fabric!  I really need to own stock in lint rollers, I tell you.

So, would you think that this is a good place for a kitty to lay??

Again...fur!!!  Get off my fabric!  (Even though she does look kinda cute!)

And really....please tell me that good kitties don't lay here...

Although...if she stays on the fridge and doesn't get up on the top of the cupboards and wreak havoc it's not all bad.

What about here...

Ok, ok...this one I can live with.  It makes me laugh, though...she is a little too plump for the windowsill - see how she is hanging off?

I don't know what it is with her - CC and Ozzie (good kitties) never give me this many fits.  Little Miss Callie is one busy, busy girl!

  1. I have 2 cats and they both love laying on fabric and quilts so we put quilts on the couch just for them and over my pillow because I hate getting cat hair in my mouth when I go to bed.

  3. You just need to use reverse psychology... tell her she must lay there or else and she should avoid it. Well...it doesn't work with my kitty either but it's worth a try.

    happy lint rolling....

  4. Oh I love the pictures of your Callie. I also have a Callie who will not leave my fabric alone. LOL Mine doesn't get on top of the fridge, though. I know what you mean about having stock in lint rollers. I even have to roll them over myself after loving on one of my babies. LOL

  6. Our little stinker lives upstairs but does sleep on any handwork I leave laying around. In the sewing room, however, lets just say the dog hair is everywhere! And yes, I do have 2 lint rollers in the sewing room!

  7. Callie is so cute! She certainly loves to play in all sorts of places around the house, doesn't she? I love your antique spool cabinet in the top pic. What a beauty!

  8. I think Miss Callie is here to make you smile every day, Julie! I've never minded a little cat hair - that way I know whatever I get comes from a wonderful home ;>)
    Cheers!
